The system can be retrofitted to existing Pull or Undercut saws with conveyor systems, or supplied with the Mango Apollo saw.

Overview
The Mango Plate Marker is simple to operate.
- Operator can easily select individual panels as designed by detailing office
- The cutting and marking data can be sent to the system computer by disk or network system (network card supplied)
- After the operator has selected a wall, the Mango delivery pusher proceeds to the correct position for plate cutting.
- Cutting of the first end of the plate stock results in a square cut, which the operator sends to the delivery pusher. The other end is then docked.
- The system sends the pusher back into place to allow the plates to be repositioned and marked at the marking stop.
- After marking the first stud, an adjustable time delay is activated to allow progression of plates through each stud location in sequence.
- After the plates have been marked the operator can choose to cut the rest of the wall components from the cutting data on the screen.
